The staff was friendly and doctor Fraley was knowledgeable and kind
Dr. Fraley is really great! I respected his diagnosis, surgery plan and even same day post-op problem was solved after hours in the clinic by him. I wish I could give him 5 ⭐️s! His staff, however, has been nothing but super rude to myself, my husband, my mother, and my friend from the very beginning of our experience at this clinic. I experienced some issues immediately following my procedure. 4 days now after my procedure, not one staff member for over 2 hours, would return our calls. I took my 6 year old son to Dr Fraley, he thought he had a Cholesteatoma and sent us to Children’s to get a CT and surgery. I am so grateful he recognized what the issue was and sent us to a specialist for surgery. Dr Fraley is an excellent physician.
Have been a patient of Dr Fraley for years. Very thorough, knowledgeable and understanding. He even takes the time to follow up directly with patients after hours regarding test results and makes recommendations based on your situation. Highly recommended.
