I cannot comment on Dr. DelFlore’s dental work, as my only prior visit was a routine check-up three years ago. However, I do have serious concerns regarding his professionalism and business ethics. Yesterday, I visited the office seeking a clearance for braces. Dr. DelFlore happened to be near the front desk when I arrived. By far the BEST dentist I've ever been to. My smile needs a lot of work, and this is the first time in many YEARS that I finally feel confident and excited about getting it all done. Dr. DelFlore makes everything comfortable, gives you confidence, and even throws in some pretty funny jokes. I'm SO happy that I came here for my smile journey. And the staff, from being greeted to assisting the doctor were so kind, professional and helpful. I'm so thankful for this office! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
This is seriously the best dentist you'll probably ever have. Everyone is extremely kind and informative, then the actual work being done on your teeth is fast and painless. If you have a history of bad experiences with dentists, you should absolutely go here if possible!! No worries and excellent care!!
Dr DelFlore does a good job as a dentist, but is an unprofessional business owner. My partner also went and got called into work for an emergency as a nurse at a local hospital and missed an appointment. Dr DelFlore told them he wasted his time and to not come back (this was the first missed appointment). I understand time is money, but berating a healthcare worker who didn’t have a choice?
