I genuinely don't think I've ever left a bad review for a business but after much disbelief at seeing only five star reviews, I do have many thoughts to share. Out of my four visits, I’ve had to wait twice for approximately 45 minutes past my appointment time. The waiting room was always a mess with employees gossiping at the front desk loudly about “people farting in an airbnb trip they took” or Judge Judy blasting on the tv. I’ve never been an office where I feel comfortable and surrounded by family energy love and care take to explain every single aspect in detail wow I’m super impressed by you all. In your office care and well being works hand and hand five stars.
I typically have a hard time with Doctor visits because the receptionists are rude or the doctors just want to make money off of you. This visit was different. I’m glad I went. I felt comfortable. The receptionist was helpful with figuring out my insurance. I’m new to having my own insurance. The assistant was also nice and the Dentist made sure to explain everything he was doing.
