The visit was pleasant beginning to end. Staff were kind and polite, the doctor was personable and took care of my problem.
The doctor was very personable and informative, MA was very good. But was not impressed with the reception people.
I needed a quick test performed for my PCP and Dr Bockenstedt performed that test quickly and that will help my PCP complete his diagnosis of my problem. Thanks for seeing me right away. Jim
