Very Perceivable and knowledgeable. He and his staff are people friendly.
The building is very neat and clean when entering. No clutter and room to breathe. The wait time is exceptionally short The desk receptionist is very prompt and polite. Always greet you with a smile as well as the nurses They really care about you and whsts going on with you. The biggest is the time the dr spend with you He laughs, explained your issue over and over to make sure you understand and most of all. He Listens before acting.
The personnel was friendly and very knowledgeable in their jobs. Dr. Kelly was very personable and made me feel at ease. He took time to explain my break and then the course of action we should take. He is a very nice doctor. An enjoyable experience.
My surgery was a success. Dr. Kelly & his staff were great. The kindness, professionalism, & courtesy was outstanding!
