I would not even give him one star.. I had attorney tracy represent me and it was impossible to get in contact with him. He is never in the office and when I left messages he never got back to me. When I finally got in touch with him he had no idea who I was or what my case was about. He is absolutely clueless. I ended up transferring to another attorney in the area.
