I want to thank Dr.Karas, after suffering with trigeminal neuralgia for over 10 years and being told surgery is not an option due to the fact you have a mild case. The pain I can now say was real it comes without giving you signs. I was able to finally get an apt with Dr Laroach his awesome and told me sugery is an option. He referred me to Dr Karas. Eight weeks ago Dr Karas performed a craniatomy decompression repair, I haven't had any pain since. I am now able to brush my teeth without crying, eating without holding my fac... read more

Dr.Karas is an angel in disguise. After the issue was found, he was very meticulous about a plan of action. His kind and caring bedside manner kept me calm and at ease. My surgery (partial right frontal lobectomy) was an absolute success. I have full cognitive ability; seizure free!!! I have no regrets about having the surgery. I love my office visits. He and his staff listen and address every concern. He is truly a blessing. To know the accuracy of his hands is amazing.( My hair follicles were not damaged.) If I don’t tell ... read more

Outstanding NeuroSurgeon! If it wasn’t for Dr. Karas my little sister would still be in a much more miserable state. He performed a hemispherotomy on my little sister back in February after the medication wasn’t helping much anymore and we felt hopeless. He went over the procedure, the possible complications, and the end goals, everything actually, very thoroughly and helped us understand the process from start to finish and even now in the aftercare. His precision with the blade and the sutures made for an immaculate finish... read more
