Worst experience ever! Justin or Jason, can’t remember. Extremely biased. Heard one version from female lawyer and female complaining party. Tried to bully me into an agreement. Cut me off when trying to talk. If your court ordered request is with them, request another firm. If you are trying without court, not the best spot for it. Horrible experience
This review is specifically for Ms.Abukassis. First of all, I didn't need legal representaion, just some guidance and clarification about a situation my loved one found themselves in. Ms. Abukassis was very kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. She got back to me quickly, took the time to review everything and explained it all in a clear and compassionate way - which is exactly what I needed. Her paralegal, Colleen, was also wonderful to communicate with. I'm truly grateful for both of them.
My wife and I had our Estate Planning documents updated and it was a pleasure working with Mr Hoyt. We had called other attorneys in the area and we were not impressed with the communication. One ( local firm ) gave us a quote 2.5 times higher without even asking any questions or offering a consult. We met with Justin and were not only impressed with his knowledge, but down to earth demeanor. There was no pressure to use them, and in the end it was a very smart decision.
