I have been with Patrick Jones State Farm for over 30 yrs and have always received great customer service. I just purchased a vehicle and Carmen Young provided me with great service in getting my new vehicle policy set up. She was patience with me and making sure I understood the process. I gave her 5 star for amazingly great service.
Working with Pat has been a wonderful experience. I think his expertise regarding insurance is phenomenal. I also had the pleasure to speak with Carmen Young yesterday, and I was quite impressed. She is very smart and knowledgeable of all the aspects of insurance. Give them a call you will be as impressed as I am.
