On 12/15 my vehicle was deemed a total loss. Patrick contacted me the same week the accident occurred. My auto draft continued to process after the loss. 1/7/25 I spoke with Patrick and also sent an email asking the removal of the vehicle, stop auto draft and to back date to 12/15/25. I have been with state farm at least 10 years, with Patrick Jones in Florissant as my agent. I enjoy the insurance coverage provided and Patrick always assisting with my needs, with quick turnaround times. My insurance rates are affordable and I plan on being with them for a very long time.
Mr. Jones' office is phenomenal with taking care of all of my insurance needs and answering any questions that I may have. I would recommend him and his staff to all of my family and friends!! Thank you all!!!
