I ordered an item for Christmas. The shipping method was second day air. I am now told that it will be another week. And the item is non refundable. I will not be ordering from this company again. ******
Nice clothing, not so nice customer service. It is going on three weeks now since I began waiting for a purchase refund. They began saying “holiday rush” and now just say, it will come when the transaction is processed. I made the purchase payment in minutes. I returned the item immediately. I payed for the correct item in minutes. They now hold two payments from me, for one item, going on three plus’s weeks. Good clothing or not, I will never shop PJ again. And I am not afraid to spread the word.
