The store in Aptos, Ca is always a go-to for quality attire and gifts for my boyfriend. The service includes beautiful gift wrapping if needed. The customer service is classy and attentive, like it used to be in the days where excellent customer service was vital and common. This store and the employees are a Gem!
Went to visit Carmel and had forgotten to bring a light sweater for the evenings - stopped at Patrick James in Carmel Valley since we go to their store in Fresno. Great selections, amazing service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. After our visit we walked around in the quaint shopping center and enjoyed a lovely sandwich from the French Bakery and a marvelous ice cream form a nearby shop. Overall great detour from touristy Carmel. We will be back next time we visit the Monterey Bay area!
