Can never speak with a person when you call. Leave messages, no call back. Rarely see the doctor himself befor and after surgery; always see an "assistant."
Waits are over 2 hours. Waited over 2 hours only to tell me he did not have my MRI available. No apology just told me I could see another doctor. I gave him 1 star for keeping the floors clean. The only way his staff new that I had an appointment was because I brought my appointment card.
