Has no knowledge or education in treating head or neck injuries. Very arrogant and bias with insurance controlling him. He doesn't care about the patients, just insurance checks and won't help you at all or even try to order testing to diagnose. He will yell and argue with you if you decide you want options rather than pills. He claims head and neck injury cannot cause swallowing issues when any first year med student could tell you it is common when nerves are pinched or damaged. One of the best decisions I have ever made was going to Dr Patrick O'Brien and his wonderful staff. I have been a patient for over ten years now. I absolutely think they are the best rehabilitation facility in NC.
