Great service & quick tooo
100% unacceptable! I brought my brand new Tucson in because the horn stopped working. I made this very clear to the service advisor when I came in and this is the reason for my appointment today. I just sat here for over two hours in the service department only to have them come and tell me that they did not have the horn that my car needed. This is the only reason I came in today. Out of all other Hyundai Dealerships I’ve experienced with. I definitely say Patrick Hyundai would be my first choice to service my car and buy parts from them because of their connivance availability and not only that but they also do a good job with their customers satisfaction. So in a return they deserve a 5 star effort.
I’ll say the appointment availability is great because they would be able to fix the oil leak issue on my car but after when I receive my car back the oil is still leaking again which is frustrating because I can’t drive my car as much due to the oil leak and whoever worked on my car obviously didn’t do a good job sealing up the oil leak. Honestly I don’t know why Hyundai manufactures decides to use rtv silicon instead of the traditional oil pan gaskets.
