Easy to make appointment, efficient staff. Service agent Mike was great
Brought my car in for recall at 10am and was told my should be done by 2:00 and that they will call me when it is done. By 3:00, I called them and someone from service said someone would contact me. Well 4:00 o’clock rolls around and no call and they were closing at 5:00 because of the holiday. So I have my wife drive me there and explain the situation to service and the guy looks me up on the computer and tells me my car is ready. When I asked why no one called, he didn’t have an answer.
1st one year scheduled maintenance and checks with no charges.
