Patrick would make you feel like he's an old friend. We met him at a different open house and kept in touch,he always sent us listings that were relevant to our needs. We found the house and he made sure we got the house by Swift actions. He will tell you straight up what you do want to know and tell you if he does not know the answers. We are very grateful to Patrick for selling our home! It wasn't easy, and he never gave up. He has a wonderful, kind and positive attitude. He took the extra time (and patience) to answer my questions and address my concerns. He did a great job of communicating and keeping us informed of any progress or set backs. We didn't have the funds or ability to remodel our 40 year old bathroom, which was a deal breaker for a few buyers.
