I had reverse shoulder replacement. Dr. Hayes took great care to guard against infection, & pain management. I had hardly any pain & no problems. He is a great Dr. with extensive knowledge & experience & definitely knows what he's doing.
Ive been having shoulder pain for a while, I was referred to Dr. Hayes at Ortho Carolina. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted, checked in and went to an exam room. The nurses and X-ray tech were very pleasant and professional. When Dr. Hayes came in we went over my X-rays and he examined my shoulder. There wasn’t much to do at this time however he gave me a shot of cortisone, I’m continuing with PT and my shoulder feels really, really good!
As always a very good physician. Very knowledgeable and personable. Always put you at ease with your condition. I highly recommend Dr. Hayes. Also the staffing do a terrific job
I'm so happy to be seen by a real DOCTOR! After X-ray He explained what was happening and what the Future holds for my condition. To the point explanation. No telling me what I wanted to hear just to make my feelings unhurt. I would recommend Doctor Hayes to anyone.
