Dr Hayes was very thorough in both his exam, X-ray diagnosis and confirming the best course of surgery to fix my fractured clavicle. I am a 71 year old insulin dependent diabetic that is a fearful baby! He put my mind at ease letting me know I’m in the right place and with the right Dr to get me back to my pre fracture activity level. The office was very busy but my visit was not rushed .
The doctor was amazing and the wait time was extremely small compared to the Shelby hospital it was a night and day difference and I got my pain medication the second it was possible 10/10
I had reverse shoulder replacement. Dr. Hayes took great care to guard against infection, & pain management. I had hardly any pain & no problems. He is a great Dr. with extensive knowledge & experience & definitely knows what he's doing.
