I can't recommend Patrick highly enough. We were very picky, nervous first-time home buyers in a very competitive market and Patrick helped us sign on the first house we put in an offer for. He had seemingly endless time and patience to show us houses and answer all of our questions, from first contact to handing us the key. He is very knowledgeable about the area and gave us great ideas and advice. We will definitely work with him again for any future real estate needs!
