I felt he didnt care what I had to say! everytime I'd talk he'd say keep going but never once gave me any tips on how to deal with anything! he took like 2 weeks off so I didn't make another apt. all of a sudden I get a bill saying I missed an apt costing $75 then I called and they "waved" it. now a month later I got another bill but they added another late fee. so they never waved it they are waiting so they can tack on more fees. by far the worst councilor I've been to. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the care my 6 year old received. I took her in looking to strategies we could learn to use to help her deal with frustrations more appropriately. She frequently has melt down fits similar to a toddler. She also can become aggressive when things don’t go her way (hitting, biting, throwing chairs). He listened but took a weak lead in suggesting anything. I was looking for a plan of action. He was poor in communicating and late to the 2nd appointment.
