This was one of the most unprofessional medical experiences I’ve had. After waiting six months and being rescheduled multiple times, I showed up for a VA Community Care referral appointment that never should have happened in the first place. --I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Gerety and Lyndsey. They were absolutely amazing, but I especially want to highlight Lyndsey and the level of care she provided. Dr Gerety perform my son’s bilateral cleft lip revision on my son Alexander in Indianapolis in 2017. 8 years later Alex looks absolutely amazing still and the work Dr Gerety does is truly amazing. Thank you again Dr!
Dr. Gerety was professional, informative, great with children. He offered both his expert diagnosis and next steps as well as his personal experience from being a father. He helped us understand the short term implications of my son’s injury and the long term so we could all feel good about the course of action. Plus his nursing staff were top notch! Nurse Jenny was especially helpful, knowledgeable and kind.
