I had already chosen Dr Flaherty as my surgeon because of his excellent reputation and the results I had seen. But i still arrived at my pre-op appointment anxious. The anxiety melted due to the kindness and efficiency of Dr Flaherty along with his entire staff. Every detail of my care was covered. Everyone is obviously proud and happy to be working at Azul - and that says a lot about Dr. Flaherty. Dr Flaherty calmly leads a team I feel safe with.
Sara, the receptionist is rude. Despite me introducing myself 3 times, she kept calling me the wrong name. I asked her a question she didn't know the answer to and she hung up on me. I called back and she gaslighted me saying she didn't hang up. We're both on landlines. Calls dont drop from landlines.
Dr. Flaherty is truly an artist! I am very pleased with my facelift😎
