Patrick Felton the MD who assisted my older daughter's needs poorly, showing no compassion, disrespectful and so very unprofessional. Why did Baystate hire a Dr like him?! He did not go to the full extreme of care on assisting her needs like by providing her pain meds, IV or a CT scan to properly diagnose her, nor even allowing her to fully express the history of what she has been experiencing, all while she was in excruciating pain for a week even after taking prescribed antibiotics meds when she had to go to the ER at merc... read more
