He walked in confidently. He explained my situation to me in detail. Highlight, he was able to explain symptoms, that I was going through without me needing to explain anything to him. I appreciated that most of all. The technician's and office personnel's took good care of me and made sure I was comfortable, coming in to be seen and leaving out.
