David was quite professional from the time he entered our home until he left. He explained the cleaning process as he was either working on a wall-to-wall carpeted room or an area rug. The process of cleaning my rugs took about 90 minutes. The Chem-Dry process left my carpets clean and refreshed! There was no chemical smell left in the house after the process was completed. I highly recommend Patrick Family Chem-Dry for your carpet cleaning needs.
Very professional and friendly. Carpets & furniture look like new. Took extra efforts to protect areas. We have used Patrick Family Chem-Dry before and they have not disappointed.
Have been using Patrick family chem dry for years--exceptional carpet cleaning service.
