I read all the reviews and could not believe all the positive ones. I picked up the phone and my call was answered by a very nice person. I only called to get information at first. I felt so comfortable I scheduled to have my rug cleaned the next day. Dave and his team showed up on time, knowledgeable, great attitude and respected my home. I have a 1972 Winnebago that I needed the carpets cleaned . I called them and spoke to Theresa who was super nice and informative. She explained the whole process from start to finish. When I dropped it off Dave was just as welcoming and informative. They both take the time and have that old school charm. Within a few hours the carpet was cleaned to perfection .
