Unfortunately we adore Dr prath but his nurse Daniela consistently forgets or blatantly doesn’t want to submit the refill for the medicine that keeps her comfortable this is the third time we have struggles to get medicine refilled. We called 4 or 5 times on Friday and each time Daniela was on a “long lunch” and never replied to the pharmacy or my mother’s calls to get her medicine.
