I have worked with Patrick a couple times. I appreciate how communicative he is, keeping me informed with any updates. He also smoothed the way for us with our bank keeping them updated and passing along what they were needing to us, so we didn't hit too many bumps along the way. I feel like Patrick goes out of his way to get answers for us before we need them and goes above what we were expecting as a standard of his own! Would highly recommend!

Patrick went above and beyond to help me find the perfect home. I am a single woman and not up on technology, Pat made EVERYTHING easy for me. I have complete trust in him. He is familiar with neighborhoods and knew exactly what I was looking for. Pat helped me through every aspect of the process. Shortly after I moved into my house, my parents began looking for a house. He also helped them with the purchase of their home. We could not have done it without Patrick Doyle.

Patrick Doyle was extremely supportive and helpful in advising me on the sale of my house as well as helping me locate one to purchase during a major life change. It occurred during the housing craze of 2021 and we had to look at many houses before finally being able to find one and he was extremely patient with our search.
