Very Bad Customer Service Very Bad Customer Service. I was told they would send for pre-approval to my dental insurance for a needed crown, and call me when they received the approval. I called Dr.Patrick's office several days later to check on receipt of the approval, they made it very clear that I did not need to call them, they would call me. STAY AWAY! I had dental work done with this dentist recently, I was informed I was going in for just some routine things. Turns out I need a more serious treatment after he has drilled into my tooth. I wasn't in pain until after I left and I now need another root canal. In the chair I was treated like a chore and a moron. I was inadequately numbed and I was told if it's not too bad to bear with it. I had dental picks dropped on my chin which cut me. Honest Review! I came across thjs page simply looking for the numer to call the office and I read some of the reviews and agree.It is not the friendliest office that you can find and Dr. Patrick himself is down right rude and has been the 2 years that I have been going there. At this point I have decided not to make an appt and find a new dentist. He is not the best listener and the vibe in the office--well much to be desired.
Excellent denistry. This dentist is great. There is no pressure to do any dental procedure you don't want to do. Plus, the staff is very friendly. I have not had a problem with the dentist or the staff. I would recommend.
BAD awful horrible Dr Patrick has horrible accounting practices! I received a collection notice two years after my services had been provided. The amount in collection was $41.00. I NEVER received an invoice and was never contacted. Poor practices, poor service, poor quality I wouldn't send my most hated enemy to this place!
Best Kept Secret for Greenville Dentists If you haven't tried this dental office, you should! I received the best cleaning I've had in yrs. The staff is friendly, professional & knowledgeable.The office is small and you don't get that big, sales-pitch feeling like you do at other places. If you want to feel like you're getting your money's worth, Dr. Patrick is definitely the dentist to go to. This the best kept secret for dental offices in Greenville!
out of date dentistry I would not recommend this office to anyone. Dr. Patrick is far from friendly and his dentistry is very outdated. He uses silver fillings in teeth that can be seen and is unwilling to use something more cosmeticly appealing. The staff is friendly but the atmosphere is very stressed between dentist and staff. It is not a comfortable office enviroment and I will not be back.
