Do not go to this office for an VA C&P exam. The doctor and his staff are running a "chop shop" for VA C&P exams. Running each veteran through an exam room in 5 minutes or less and not taking accurate notes to complete the DBQ questionnaire correctly. This office should not be allowed to be further contracted by the VA.
This office does not take the time to listen to their patients. You are lucky if you get maybe 8 minutes with the doctor and sometimes you dont get to see the doctor at all, just a nurse. They are very quick to hand out perscriptions and send you on your way. The front desk staff are very unorganized and speak in a manner that makes you feel like they hate their jobs and you are an annoyance to them. I will not be coming back and I will encourage my family and friends to do the same.
I have been a patient here for over 10 years. I have always been so happy with the care I’ve received. If it wasn’t for the fact I was moving, I’d be a patient of theirs for another 10 plus years.
