Very disappointed and aggravated at this office. My son has been going here for a while and I called to schedule an appointment for him to get the rest of his teeth fixed. She told me that he had missed 3 appointments and couldn't come back. That is false! He had an appointment in Morehead 2 yrs ago and I cancelled that. The next one he missed was because something had gone wrong with his Medicaid and they knew that. They even sent him a bill for the last appointment because his Medicaid was messed up.
