They have a nice staging area, and 1 clean restroom. They have vending machines. I showed up 5 hours early, and they were finished 2 hours before my appointment. Anywhere that allows staging, and has a bathroom for drivers deserves 5 stars. Unsure of overnight parking. They write your phone number on the BOL and call what dock number, and call when done. You have to slide tandems to rear, dolly down, chock 1 wheel, and disconnect, and park in the staging area. Very friendly staff.
Arrived at 11 am for a pickup at 8pm, loaded and out of there by 2:30 pm. Absolutely wonderful, they offer overnight parking if you need it. Would gladly return again.
Big place. Nice people. No problem at all. Will definitely come back again.
Super nice place, security nice. Clear direction and you can stay overnight up to 12 hours. Office Check in , went nice and smooth . Young beautiful lady , she knows her job, service in this place 10 out of 10. Arrived : after 15 minutes got the door: after 35 minutes got my paperwork and out.
