I got into a really bad accident in Oct 2016. Car had to be towed and my insurance company would not tow it for me so I called Patrick Collision and the girl at the front (Liz) was very helpful and was able to arrange a tow for me and a ride for me to get me to the shop. She also assisted me with getting a rental from enterprise that is right in the building. Once arriving there Scott (Estimator) was able to answer all my questions. Brought my Cadillac to Patrick BMW Collision in Schaumburg after an accident and cannot say enough great things about the service I received. Don Kuhlmey and his staff went above and beyond in keeping me informed and up to date during the whole process. My car looked perfect and I was pleasantly surprised that it was also detailed inside and out to showroom quality. Also the in-house Enterprise made it so convenient to pick up and return my rental car.
