From the time I walked in for my first consult to the time I had my last post op, I never felt like just another patient. Dr. Cole and his staff were caring and always took time to talk me through the next step and answer any questions I had. I recently went in for a broken finger and some stitches, I had an excellent experience. Dr. Cole was incredibly kind, positive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain everything I needed to do to ensure proper healing, which made me feel confident and well cared for. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back for care if needed in the future

After a traumatic accident, my 7 year old son had to have extensive surgery to repair his finger tip. Not only was Dr. Cole personable and helpful throughout the process, he did a great job explaining everything so that my son wasn't scared.
