Love Dr. Brillant! He’s been my doctor/ surgeon since my stomach surgery in 2006. He is personable and willing to spend the time to answer any questions I may have. His staff is friendly and respectful. Highly recommend this practice!
I was very impressed with Dr. Brilliant taking ample time to explain the ins and out of possible surgery to me. He and his assistant both explained every step of my exam and the resulting conversation in layman’s terms. My only negative issue was the over one hour wait to see him. Not one of his staff informed us of the delay. A simple “ he’s backed up” would have acknowledged our waiting and wondering when he’d be coming. Otherwise this review would have been five stars.
Dr Brilliant is a very personable specialist who sits down and discusses your issues in a clear and precise approach. I would highly recommend him. As for Physicians East surgery dept, too many patients scheduled at the same time. Providers need time to talk to their patients.
I cannot recommend Dr. Brilliant enough. From our first meeting with him, he’s extremely knowledgeable, well-informing, clear, friendly. We felt comfortable in our decision to go with him. He performed colorectal surgery on me this past week. My issue was worse than they had originally believed. I came out on top from this surgery. He was there checking on me each day, covering all my next steps and setting clear expectations. So far, all of my prior issues are no longer applicable. I feel great.
