I highly recommend Patrick. He helped me a lot with back pains, stiffness, rom. He always has lots of advices and tips.
This guy knows his stuff. He was the third therapist I went to for a real painful issue that had developed. He told me what it was that was going on, how it developed, and how to prevent it from continuing. Pat being a high level athlete himself, he places significant emphasis in helping people be away from therapy as much as possible and getting them back at their craft. Would highly recommend.
