Patrick BMW is a great place to have your BMW serviced! My service advisor, Josh Paez, always kept me updated on my car while I waited. I was also provided a video of the service from the technician that did the work which to me was very informative and impressive. I highly recommend Patrick BMW and Josh who was also very friendly and pleasant to work with. Thanks!
Update Nov 22 2025: I had a flat on right rear tire at 1pm on Saturday. When I called the phones operator said I could come in but may not get the vehicle back same day because of their tight schedule. I came prepared for that. However Joel Albright was able to get my car tire replaced in 2.5 hours. Thanks so much Joel and Patrick for an extraordinary experience. I have been a customer of Patrick BMW since 2004 and I've always been treated wonderfully! They take excellent care of my car as well as taking care of my needs. Josh is the best when it comes to taking care of my car services and is always a pleasure to deal with. The entire staff at Patrick treat yo like family!! Had our 2023 John Cooper Works serviced for 1st time since an out of state purchase in July. Brad at the service desk is experienced, super friendly and thorough in all aspects of check in and make onboarding the vehicle. The video from the mechanics bay was clear and detailed. Recommended work/replacement considerations were sensible and left to me to decide.
