I recently had to service my BMW at Patrick BMW, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, getting a rental was smooth, and Roman, my service advisor, was wonderful to work with. Great service and coordination. Loved the video overview after the inspection and resolution.
Service was prompt. Used the shuttle back home and no cost for the oil change which was covered under warranty. My X5 was washed and interior was vacuumed. Was kept up to date on the video inspection and texts/phone calls when service was completed.
Everything was done professionally and to our satisfaction
