He is exactly the doctor I needed. Was able to diagnose and treat a thyroid condition where others couldn't by running right tests and listening to me. Thank you!!
At my first annual physical with Fagerberg, my bloodwork showed slightly elevated TSH level. No T3 or T4 ordered. Fagerberg diagnosed me with hypothyroidism and put me on a high dose of thyroid meds. The dose was so high that my TSH level fell to zero and I got hyperthyroidism with symptoms of sleeplessness, hair loss, and quick weight loss. My body became out of whack. I saw an endocrinologist who removed all meds and after two months, got a new baseline and put me on a low dose of thyroid meds. I stayed on the thyroid meds... read more

Dr Mercer takes very good care of me and I feel lucky that he is my doctor!
I enjoy visiting Dr Mercer and am glad that he is my physician. I would like for him to the doctor for my entire family.
I arrived 2:40 for my 3:45 appointment & was sitting in the waiting room when one guy came in and said, "I'm sorry that I'm 45 mins late". He was informed that was no problem. After waiting 10 mins or so, he was taken back. After he came back out (approx. 15-20 mins) and left. Another guy came in and mumble "Sorry I'm 15 late, got hold up in traffic."
