I just walked in without an appointment, I was feeling very insecure about my botched haircut that I got from a previously bad stylist. I walked in without an appointment and she just took me right into a chair, connected with me and listened to my concerns. She basically held my hand for 10 minutes through a bang trim, then taught me how to blow out and style my bangs. She went above and beyond and I am so pleased with her. I will go back anytime I am in Santa Barbara.
