si pudiera dar cero estrellas los diera la señora de pelo corto blanco, con lentes, me quemó mi pelo, le pedí planchado solo con rizos y se tardó demasiado en mis puntas y me las quemo yo es inaceptable porque yo soy clienta recurrente y esto me pasa por darle la oportunidad a la con que nunca me había hecho el pelo, no tengo problemas con Paty ni con lilyy, pero esa señora no sabe hacer pelo, no sé cómo se llame ella mi pelo mide 26 pulgadas ahora me tendre que cortar minimo 6-8" aproximadamente 4-5años de crecimiento no se... read more

I went with my husband to get my son's hair cut, and the staff were very rude. I wanted a specific stylist to do it because she had cut his hair before, but she was very unpleasant; when I asked another stylist, none of them wanted to do it. Finally, one of them did, but it was a horrible experience. I am never going back.
