They were very very rude and didnt do what i requested.
I would give a zero if possible. Online said that they accept walk-in’s so I went in and sat for over 2 hours and NOONE said a word to me or asked if I had an appointment or what I was coming in for. I just got bad looks from everyone like I did not belong there. Took it that white people are not welcome. What’s crazy is I actually speak Spanish and had a picture of what I wanted but no one wanted to help me. The worst! I used to have long hair, and most of it fell to pieces when they bleached it. Most of their stylists have no license.
