Excellent place to live. Good neighbors, clean apartment grounds, and pleasi staff.
Be ware of the property manager. Decided she wanted to repo my truck without any warning.
I lived here at Patrician Terrace apartments for one year, sharing a two-bedroom apartment with a family member. Our rent was around $850 with a pet fee, which is more than reasonable. The complex is income-limited as of this review, so only low-income families can live here. The biggest pro of this location is the excellent on-site maintenance team and administrative staff.
