Dated building and carpets. Elevators are dated and move slow. The front desk has ZERO etiquette during the day and the office staff is also rude. Great access to the beach and pool. Laundry situation is ok but it can get crowded on weekends. GILROY at the front desk is absolutely AMAZING!!! Don’t expect anything from the other ones
