There are alot of people who violate the rules and get to do what they want... all someone has to do is read their rent receipt and will see that.
I have lived here over 20yrs, this is NOT a senior (55) & over park, Children Do Live In this park. They also buy up what mobiles they can (cheap of course) then rent them to anyone (age?/with kids) doesn't matter as long as they can afford it. People do get away with all kinds of things driveways with junk/trash, cars parked everywhere. Owners/management talk a good game but not a lot done yet.👎👎👎 The space rent is affordable so I have no choice. Thank God I haven't had any issues with theft, hope it stays that way after... read more
