This park has gone downhill fast! Lots of car thefts, burglaries and vandalism. PARK owners will let anyone live here, it is not 55+ only. Park owners rent out mobile homes for profit and don't care who they let live here. Instead of trimming and maintaining trees they just cut them down! Sad.
Lower rent mobile home park with a nice pool and club house is a bit outdated. No street parking now.
