I highly recommend looking elsewhere for housing. Their policies are written in such a way that they will do everything within their power to not look out for the service member. Their amenities both within the housing units and on the base itself are far below what you can find out on the economy. Horrible experience living here, my current unit cannot be locked because of a back door being damaged that they have know about for 9 months, bugs and lizards can come in through the gaps in the door, water comes in every time it rains the wrong way. We have been on a transfer list for over a year now and have been given the run around as to why they can’t transfer us, now less than 48 hours before our official move into a unit that would be a suitable size for my family (family of 5) (which we are currently in a 2 bedroom ... read more

We lived in base housing July 6th2023 to July 2nd 2024. The house was decent but the office workers are not that great. They all have a different answer when it comes to questions which led to confusion and us having to pay a month of rent for a place we didn’t live in. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
