Megan, Malina, Alyssa, Malloree and Courtney all go above and beyond to provide outstanding service. They need a raise. They are always professional, patient, and willing to answer any questions and help us. What really stands out is how welcoming they make you feel—every visit feels comfortable and supportive, almost like being treated as part of a family.
The housing was nice and we had plenty of space for us and our two dogs. The neighborhood is beautiful and we'll maintained. The staff at Patrician Management were friendly and always helpful. Malina was always there to assist if we had questions or a maintenance issue. She is awesome!
I want to shout out the Patrician Management Maintenance staff, especially Ms. Cynthia, Brandon, William, Ariel & Ryan. Ms. Cynthia is very sweet, professional and diligent; if ever I have an issue, Ms. Cynthia ensures that the request is filed & completed in a timely manner. Brandon is also very courteous, professional and assiduous; making sure the correct techs come out to best resolve the issue. William, Ariel & Ryan are all fantastic techs.
