The housing itself sucks. It’s dated, the kitchen is super small. I have three different colored appliances. A white stove, a black fridge and a stainless steel dishwasher. It is definitely in need for a complete renovation. HOWEVER. The maintenance gentleman William has been working on our home and completing all of our work orders for two years now. He is timely, follows up, does it right the first time and even will complete work orders that others said were completed or closed out, although they were not! Thank you!!
William, on the maintenance team is the best! Every single time solves the problem quickly. I highly recommend requesting him if you can.
