Horrible experience living here, my current unit cannot be locked because of a back door being damaged that they have know about for 9 months, bugs and lizards can come in through the gaps in the door, water comes in every time it rains the wrong way. We lived in base housing July 6th2023 to July 2nd 2024. The house was decent but the office workers are not that great. They all have a different answer when it comes to questions which led to confusion and us having to pay a month of rent for a place we didn’t live in. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

We lived in this housing for 3 years. Went through hurricane repair, maintenance requests, all the things. There were a couple requests that took longer than they should've (reason for losing a star), but they were taken care of with follow up. There are always resident events, the neighborhood has plenty of parks, mwr has a pool and splash pad close.
