The absolute WORST customer service ever! Do not waste your BAH on this trash place! Was charged a 30 day notice fee when I gave one! Was told I could leave early then was charged $75.90! They also told me that they would clean our carpet for no charge then charges me $600 to replace all the carpet when all the carpet wasn’t dirty! Places are also too small. Things are always breaking down.
Seriously. It's not worth it. I preferred living in a dangerous neighborhood over dealing with these people. The saftey of living in base doesn't make up for how terrible this company is. The Military needs to buy out this contract with them and cut ties for the good of the servicemembers.
