Patricia was incredible in assisting us in looking for a single family home in the Mount Prospect area. Initially, our search included a much larger area (Chicago, Elmwood Park, etc) but after much searching, we decided to narrow it down to Mount Prospect. Patricia is the best! She helped me search for and close on my first condo in Chicago. She knows what to look for (mold, leaks, how old/new furnace/appliances/roof/windows) when checking out a house/condo. She is very knowledgeable and will make suggestions based on her experience. I finally closed on my condo this year. Patricia also helped my sister find her first home. We both have had a great experience working with her. Highly recommend.
