Patricia was incredible in assisting us in looking for a single family home in the Mount Prospect area. Initially, our search included a much larger area (Chicago, Elmwood Park, etc) but after much searching, we decided to narrow it down to Mount Prospect. She knows what to look for (mold, leaks, how old/new furnace/appliances/roof/windows) when checking out a house/condo. She is very knowledgeable and will make suggestions based on her experience.
