Patty helped me through some clouded/darker times in my mid 20s that were also directly linked to my childhood trauma. She provided me with coping mechanisms and tools, and allowed me a safe space to be me. I moved away due to a PCS, but we recently came back and I got to pick right back up with her over summer. Since then my husband deployed, so I haven’t been able to go again but Patty if you’re reading this, I can’t wait to talk to you again!!!🥲 You’re the best & I tell everyone, so figured I’d tell it here too.
