Dr. Tenauld is down to earth, thorough, patient, and my kids love her.
Took our newborn for our first visit. Dr tenold was patient and took her time with the assessment. She gave us ample time for questions and gave some thorough answers. We left feeling confident that our baby girl will be taken care of now and in the future! Taking one star off because the front staff was all over the place and couldn’t get it together. Hopefully they’ll improve.
The worst doctor ever . Similar expierence with the other reviewer. She sent my 2 day old NB to ER because she doesnt even know the basics. The doc and the staff both doesnot have any prior expierence and knowledge. They kept on my Newborn in a cold room and without any clothes for half n hour and checked temperature constantly saying its low. The staff doesnt even know how to take basic temperature. They kept us waiting and my baby was shivering. She doesnot have a basic clinical knowlegy it seems and reported us to ER. We ... read more
New doctor to practice. Be advised she literally spent 20 seconds assessing my child’s condition. She asked no questions and basically said she shouldn’t have been paged by nurse because they never page or it never happens. Why have after hours listed as a service provided by practice if the doctor doesn’t want to do their job. Waste of time waiting for response. Frankly if you can’t communicate with worried parents without being offensive and you don’t want to be bothered then choose a different specialty like R &D because ... read more
