I had a terrible experience with this office. I scheduled an appointment for 12:30 PM at the Rockville Centre location, which was confirmed via text and still showed on MyChart at 12:00 PM. But when I arrived, I was told the doctor was actually in Hicksville. The appointment was canceled at the last second without any notice, and no one answered the phone when I tried calling. A complete waste of time—very unprofessional and poorly managed. Be cautious when booking with Dr. Tassinari
DO NOT COME IF YOU UBER OR LYFT. DOCTOR IS ONLY INTERESTED IN GETTING PAID!!!!! Have to make a review after my experience this afternoon with this office and Patrisha Tassinari. First, they called me about 4 times since I made an appointment last week to “confirm”… one said I need x, one said I don’t need x I need y, one said I need nothing, all said I never confirmed.
