EXTREMELY RUDE. Their front desk and office is extremely incompetent. She’s nasty and claims she’s a “different practice”. How’s that possible when you work for catholic health? And when you get upset that your appointment was cancelled because they don’t have your medical records (I’ve only seen them the last few years so how don’t they have them?) they basically laugh in your face and say too bad. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.
I had a terrible experience with this office. I scheduled an appointment for 12:30 PM at the Rockville Centre location, which was confirmed via text and still showed on MyChart at 12:00 PM. But when I arrived, I was told the doctor was actually in Hicksville. The appointment was canceled at the last second without any notice, and no one answered the phone when I tried calling. A complete waste of time—very unprofessional and poorly managed. Be cautious when booking with Dr. Tassinari
