BEWARE!! My mother has cancer and been in and out of ER. They always say contact your doctor but she is literally worthless as a doctor. She's kind and sweet but other than that your paying for a sweet lil voice telling you she can't do this or that she only a np. Patti is nice. Soft spoken and sweet to talk to. However I need someone who actually does things I need done. I'm not looking for a friend or counselor. I need a Dr when I go there. As a NP all I get is " I can't do that. I'm just an NP" . I've been going there for nearly 20 yrs and have never felt so " thrown away" as I do with Patti. Patty is the best. She's easy to talk to and she genuinely cares about her patients.
She is the best. She will listen to me and I feel like a new person when I leave. The staff is wonderful.
