When I started seeing Dr. Slowly (hopefully this is the right Dr. and not someone with the same name) I was in a bad place with my mental health. Over the course of many years that I was a patient, she helped me learn coping methods, listened, and always showed compassion. She wasn't a doctor that prescribed excessive amounts of medication in hopes the problem would rectify itself and be done with me.
