Dr. Quintana Van Horne is an exceptional doctor. I have been going to her for years and appreciate her thoroughness and attention to detail. She is very smart and I trust her completely with my heath. Given that she is such a good doctor, her care is in demand. This unfortunately can creates long wait times for her care, but she is worth waiting for if you truly value your health.
I showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment as instructed. Was the first person to check in. Still waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment! Absolutely ridiculous. It was not the first time either. Dr. Quintana Van Horne is not considerate of people's time. She could careless and doesn't apologize for her delay. If she is going to spend over an hour with a patient and keep others waiting she needs to schedule her patients appropriately to reduce wait times. If you value your time, stay away from this place! I feel so lucky to have Dr. Van Horne as my doctor. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen, takes concerns seriously, and works with you to find the best solutions for your medical needs. Even though I’m leaving the area, I will always remember the exceptional care I received from her and the lasting impact it has had on my life.
Horrible experience. I ended up going to emergency ( paid $350) because staff member Justina assurred me that she would speak with the Dr to see if a priscription could be filled. I waited all day and never heard back from her ( I called numerous times that day). After a few days I called to schedule an appointment as advised by the Hospital and spoke with Nadine, she stated that the computers were down and that she would call me back by the next day but never heard from her either.
