The worst doctor I ever went to for a colonoscopy and banding. I showed up to have banding done, I was in pain, and when I got to her office, I had to use the restroom. I was in there for 8 minutes, and when I got out, she cancelled on me. Apparently, banding is a quick and easy procedure, and she didn't want to wait a few minutes. I scheduled a colonoscopy with her. They don't give you a heads up when you're getting close to your date, they didn't send instructions, and I had to get them online. Dr. Quaine did an amazing job. This was my first procedure with her and she explained every step. Both her and the St. Elizabeth team did a great job and the procedure went off without a hitch and I had no issues afterwards. Thank you.
They might be great if they ever answered the phones or returned voicemail and messages. It has now been a week and a half since my initial voice message and nearly a week since I left a message with a receptionist. I was ensured a call back two days ago but was told today when I called that they 'cannot physically assault someone and tell them to call". I am blown away and will likely be looking for a different provider after this.
